CCTV: Akali Dal Vicky Midhukhera shot in broad daylight
Vicky Midhukhera, the younger brother of senior youth leader Ajaypal Singh Midhukhera, who contested the local government elections on a Shiromani Akali Dal ticket from Ward No. 38 in Mohali, was shot dead in broad daylight.

After the incident, there is panic in the city. The incident occurred near the community center in Sector-71, Mohali. Vicky was taken to a nearby IVY hospital by Mandeep Singh, a resident of the village, but was declared dead by doctors after a preliminary examination. Mataur police personnel also reached the spot.
Police took the body of Vicky Midhukhera to a hospital for autopsy. At the same time, they seized his car and started investigation. Police are examining footage from surveillance cameras in the Mataur area.
