In September 2020, she announced that she had become a mother for the third time. But now she has to cope with a heavy blow: Kelis' husband has died.
According to media reports, actor Evan Ross (33) shared the tragic news on Instagram. He shared a picture of the deceased, writing, "We're really going to miss you Mike." The husband of Kelis lost his battle with cancer - Mike Mora lived only 37 years. For about a year and a half he fought against the serious disease.
In September 2021, Mike made his diagnosis public - and still showed optimism in the fight against cancer: "I want to help those who may be going through the same thing, a life-changing disease and have many questions and doubts, by showing that hopefully you can make it," Mike wrote on the net.
