Ukraine agrees to negotiations with Russia

Ukraine has agreed to peace talks with Russia. A Russian and a Ukrainian delegation would meet on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selenskyj announced Sunday. There were no conditions, it said.
