Tyler Rios, 27, is accused of kidnapping both infant Sebastian Rios and the boy's mother, 24-year-old Yasemin Uyar of Rahway, the Union County District Attorney's Office announced in a statement .

Authorities issued an Amber Alert Friday afternoon after the toddler failed to show up for daycare and his mother failed to show up for a scheduled work shift.

Prosecutors said they found the child Saturday in Monterey, Tennessee, where his father was nabbed.

Uyar's mother told CBS New York late Saturday that her daughter's body was found in a wooded area of the Volunteer State.

Two-year-old Sebastian Rios was found alive with his father in Monterey, Tennessee.

Friends of Uyar told the outlet that she had a restraining order against Rios, who had allegedly abused the Rahway woman in the past.

Tyler Rios was arrested July 11, 2021, for the murder of Yasemin Uyar, with whom he and a two-year-old child are dating.

"Typical textbook case of domestic violence. It got worse and worse and this is where it ends," Robyn Morris told the station.

Authorities did not immediately confirm that Uyar was found dead.

Rios was in custody in Tennessee, awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
