Drama at the Carnival of Strépy: his family and the association mourn him.

Six people were killed this morning in Strépy-Bracquegnies. They were run over by a vehicle while 150 to 200 people were participating in the collection. Among the victims is Fred Cicero, a well-known figure of soccer in the region. Last January he was confirmed at RUS Binche and was to become its general director after working at the entity Manageoise.
The club Binche shared on its Facebook page, "After getting to know and appreciate you by talking about soccer or good food, the family RUS Binche was happy to receive you. We have no words to understand this gesture. Madman that takes you away from your family, loved ones, colleagues and friends of soccer or teaching ... Life is unfair ... We will miss you, Fred ..."
ACFF also paid tribute to him. "He was a valued and respected member of the Executive Education Department."
