Paramedic Nataliya Oksentyuk has died in the Kharkiv region

A 25-year-old defender of Ukraine named Natalia Oksentyuk, who was on duty as a paramedic, has died in the Kharkiv region

Corporal Natalia Oksentyuk has died in the hands of the enemy during combat operations in the Kharkiv region. She was a senior medic in an infantry unit.

The soldier's death was reported on the official page of the 93 OMBr Kholodnyi Yar on Facebook. The brigade said the tragedy occurred on March 8.

Natalya was born in 1997 and should have turned 25 in May. Before she began her service in the army, she studied nursing at the Dniprovsk Medical College and then worked as a civilian doctor in Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region.

In 2020, she joined Brigade 93 during a rotation in Luhansk oblast, where she rescued wounded near Novotoshkivske. After that, Natalia Oksentyuk completed another deployment near Starognativka. Last year she completed her training as a combat medic.

When the Russian invasion began, the girl was in the training center, where she was already trained as a senior combat medic.

"Our little girl! The golden girl. I can't believe it! She was always there to save us. When we were at the battalion, she could prepare food for the boys: then there were fried cakes, then cookies. She took care of the brothers. She was a good girl. She could rattle when she had to. Especially when she was teaching the men the takedown. But in general she was calm and composed," recalls her friend and colleague Oksana.

According to her, Natalya was never able to complete her training. Because of Russian aggression, she was sent back to the brigade. "I know that the enemy shelled her training center. We called then, and she said she was fine. And yesterday she was gone," Oksana added.

The brigade offered its sincere condolences to the bereaved families, saying, "We share our grief and sorrow with them. Eternal memory to you, girl!"

As OBOZREVATEL reports, Russian occupiers killed a grandmother and her granddaughter in the Kharkiv region. The bodies of the innocent victims were found in a village in Donetsk. The channel also showed minor victims of the Russian invasion who were admitted to hospitals in the Kharkiv region after the arrival of the Russian "liberators."
