Cody Longo, the young actor who made a name for himself in both film and television, including a role on "Days of Our Lives," is to.
A family member tells TMZ that Cody's body was found Wednesday in bed at a home in Austin, Texas. We're told Longo's wife Stephanie was at work at a local dance studio and got a bad feeling when she couldn't reach him ... so she asked police to check on him.
When Longo did not answer, the police officers kicked in the door ... And found him dead in bed.
According to the family member, Cody had been struggling with alcohol abuse for years - and went through rehab over the summer. An official time of death has not yet been announced, but the family believes he relapsed and alcoholism was likely the cause of his death.

He leaves behind his wife, a 7-year-old daughter, a 5-year-old son and a 1-year-old son.
Cody lived to be only 34 years old.
