Putin had 'active role' in MH17 shootdown

Russian President Vladimir Putin played an active role in the downing of passenger plane MH17 over eastern Ukraine in July 2014, according to international investigators. That's according to intercepted telephone conversations, the team of investigators announced Wednesday in The Hague.
